PARKING: The Hotel will provide the Group with valet parking at an overnight rate of $55.00 per day per automobile for overnight Group Guests. Attendees not staying overnight will be charged a fee of $23.00 valet parking fee per day. DEPOSIT POLICY: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card. CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid cancellation fees, guests need to cancel their reservation 48 prior to their arrival. Guaranteed reservations not cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be billed a one night’s room and tax..
